1. Introduction

 

Overview: The Juventas Loyalty Premier Club Program is designed to enhance customer well-being by encouraging continuous engagement and loyalty. Customers can earn and redeem points for all the services offered by THE JUVENTAS. This program aims to reward both new and returning customers, promoting ongoing interaction with our services.

 

Purpose and Benefits: The primary goal of the program is to foster customer loyalty and engagement. By participating, customers enjoy benefits such as discounts, free treatments, and exclusive services. The program is transparent, easy to use, and designed to ensure customers feel valued for their ongoing commitment to their health and wellness.

 

2. How Do I Earn Reward Points?

 

Activities and Corresponding Points:

 

• Profile Completion: Earn 2,000 reward points by completing a detailed profile with personal, health information along-with Preferences/hobbies/Interests.

• Referrals: For each successful referral (When the referral completes sessions worth Rs. 20,000 or more) earn reward 2,000 points. Referred members spends will continue to accrue reward points and automatically added to the referee account.

• First Booking: Customers complete their first booking of Rs. 20,000 or more, earn 1,000 reward points.

• Social Media Engagement: Earn total 1000 reward points for writing reviews and following official pages on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

 

3. Tier System and Upgrades

 

Tier Descriptions:

·         Pink Tier: 0 – 25,000 reward points

·         Magenta Tier: 25,100 - 50,000 reward points

·         Purple Tier: 50,100 and above reward points

 

Customers are placed and upgraded into a tier based on their total points and move up as they accumulate more, unlocking additional benefits.

 

Tier Upgrade Bonuses:

 

• Pink to Magenta: Receive 5,000 bonus reward points upon reaching the Magenta tier.

• Magenta to Purple: Receive 10,000 reward bonus points upon reaching the purple tier.

 

4. Reward Points Expiry Policy: Reward Points will expire after 180 days of inactivity from the date of last session, defined as no earning or redemption of points within this period.

 

5. Redemption of Reward Points

 

Redemption Options:

 

1. Pink Tier (0 – 25,000 reward points): 

• Access to Discounted Services up to 10%, redeemable in multiples of 500 reward points, up to 25% of available reward points.

 

2. Magenta Tier (25,100 – 50,000 reward points): 

• Access to Discounted Services up to 15%, redeemable in multiples of 500 reward points, up to 50% of available reward points.
• Free Add-On Services valued at Rs. 15,000 with booked treatments.
• One Free Service per month.

 

3. Purple Tier (50,100+ reward points): 

• Access to Exclusive Discounts up to 25%, redeemable in multiples of 500 reward points.
• Free Sessions or Packages worth Rs. 25,000 with booked treatments.
• Multiple Free Add-On Services.
• Pre-launch Offers and Priority Booking.

 

Redemption Rate: 500 reward points = Rs. 500 discount or equivalent service.

 

Restrictions: Reward points cannot be redeemed for cash and are applicable only to IV/IM/aesthetic treatments.

Redemption reward points value should not exceed more than 20,000 points for single service.

 

6. Milestones and Bonus Points

 

• Milestone 1: Complete treatments worth Rs. 20,000 within 7 days of signup to earn 1,000 bonus points.

 

• Milestone 2: Earn 2,000 bonus points for each successful referral.

 

• Milestone 3: Complete 5 sessions valued between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 99,999 to earn 5,000 bonus points.

 

• Milestone 4: Complete 10 sessions valued between Rs. 1,00,000 and Rs. 1,50,000 to earn 10,000 bonus points.

 

• Milestone 5: Complete 20 sessions valued between Rs. 1,50,000 and Rs. 2,50,000 to earn 20,000 bonus points.

 

7. Additional Considerations

 

Points Multiplier: Higher points multipliers may be offered during promotional periods or special actions.

 

Special Promotions: Occasional promotions may allow customers to earn extra points or receive additional benefits.

 

Tier Benefits: Higher tiers come with enhanced benefits, such as priority booking and personalized services.

 

Communication: Customers will be notified of their points balance, tier status, and expiry information through email or SMS.

 

Technology Implementation: Our system ensures smooth tracking of points, tiers, and redemptions for a seamless experience.

Limitations:                

• Reward Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Loyalty Account Number: Loyalty Account Number: Each customer will be assigned a unique Loyalty Account Number, which will be used to track reward points and tier status with reward points statement.
